Flooring
- Quality wood construction and a surprisingly spacious and sturdy 2x6 flooring with 3/4
inch OSB; will support heavy loads such as four whrelers and other equipment.
- There is a 30-50 dollar charge if you want 2*6 treated lumber for the floor of the shed.
Main Frame and Roofing
- The main frame is constructed of 2x4’s two feet on center and covered with a smart panel
siding that has a 30 year manufacturers warranty, primed and ready for you to paint.
- The shed is priced as an asphalt shingled roof -- you can choose the color. Tin roofing is
also available at an extra charge; prices vary due to the flexibility of the tin market. But you are
only charged what it costs me to buy the tin.
Doors
- The door is made from the same material as the siding and is 3 feet wide and 81 inches
high. The ten and twelve foot wide sheds come with one double door, and a second one can be
added at a 50 dollar charge.
- Steel doors can be added for 120 dollars.
- Roll up doors can also be added for 300-400 dollars.
Windows
- Windows are an option at the base of 80-100 dollars depending on the size of the window
you want.
Extras
- All sheds are around nine feet tall.
- All sheds are built on site.
- All sheds can be built on a cement slab. The concrete slab should measure the exact
measurements of the shed.
Tall Barns
- 6 and a half-foot sidewalls can be added at a charge of 400-600 dollars.
Lofts
- Lofts can be added at a $2.50 a square foot.
Pitched Roofs
- Pitched roof sheds have 7 foot sidewalls, 8 foot sidewalls are 100 dollars extra.
